1. OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE

Your website, which is designed by B-Link will remain to be a B-Link's website. You are only paying for monthly marketing and maintaining costs. You will not be able to copy or re-design the website and take ownership of it. In doing this, you are bleaching B-Link terms & conditions.

1.2 WEBSITE TEMPLATES

B-Link uses a set of purchased templates which will be modified to suit your business's look & feel. In following the terms & conditions of using these templates, B-Link is not permitted to re-sell these templates without greatly modifying graphics and layout.

Please note, even though we have modified these templates by including your pictures, changing the layout and include our own design, there are certain graphics element are taken from templates. However, re-use of graphic elements (such as navigation bar) is a common practice for website design agency.

Templates are sometimes used as design guidelines only. Your company logo will be unique.

1.3 WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR

Your website is designed and setup for free . You are paying a monthly fee for major upgrades
and marketing and our online listing service. You have not purchased your website off B-Link
with your monthly fee, regardless of your membership length. Please refer to section 1.

1.4 PURCHASING WEBSITE

If you wish to purchase the website off B-Link, we can negotiate a one time cost.After purchasing the website,B-Link will no longer list your website in our database nor provide support & upgrade.

2. RIGHTS

2.1 TRIAL
1 month trial period is offered ONCE to each unique registered business. If you cancel then re-register, you will not be able to get another 1 month free trial. If you cancel while have not complete your 1 month trial, you can complete this trial period if you re-register. When you register B-Link checks your IP address along with your ABN/ACN for validity and uniqueness.B-Link has the right to refuse your registration if we have valid reasons to believe that you have bleached the above condition.

2.2 CONTENT
You reserve the right to publish any content to your website unless they are sexually explicit or offensive.
You can have links to other websites or businesses. However you can not use your website
solely to advertise or list other businesses. B-Link has the right to refuse registration or remove listing if we have valid
reasons to believe that you have bleached the above condition.

4. OUR LISTINGS

We will list REGISTERED businesses in Sydney only. If you business has not got an ABN or ACN, we regret to advise that we will not be able to list your business. If necessary, B-Link will check with ABR website for your ABN/ACN validity.

Businesses not physically located in Sydney that trade Australia wide can still be listed with B-Link. Businesses not physically located in Australia that trade worldwide can still be listed with B-Link. All product/services costs need to be in AUD. B-Link monthly fee will be in AUD.
